Please note the following items are not part of NHS Work, although we are happy to provide them. A fee will be charged and payment is required before the work is carried out .

Reception Staff will advise you what the fee will be:

• Medicals (e.g., HGV, Taxi, Pilot, Diving)
   
• Travel Vaccinations. We are able to provide comprehensive advice regarding risks of communicable disease to most travellers. Please note that it would be helpful if you could make the appointment at least 6 weeks prior to travelling and complete a travel form available at reception or downloadable HERE explaining your holiday itinerary so that we can be prepared when you come for your appointment.
   
• Private Sick Notes
   
• Holiday Insurance Claim form completion
