Repeat Prescriptions
Please allow 3 working days for handling
of repeat prescription requests, for non-dispensing patients, we
will accept them via post (SAE must be included), online via
Emis Access or by hand only.
Repeat requests can be handed to reception staff or placed in the
collection box in the surgery, out of hours there is a collection
box at the front of the surgery that can be used.
You can arrange for your script to be forwarded to certain chemists
eg. Rhodes, this needs to be arranged through the nominated chemist
and the reception staff at the surgery.
Dispensing patients
Patients to whom we dispense from the surgery can request their
repeat prescriptions using the telephone, post, e-mail, fax or order
in advance at the time of collecting their medicines.
- Telephone 01902 373725 between 10am and 12
noon or 2pm and 4pm.
- Fax 01902 373807 using the printed copy
issued with your medication.
- Using our secure online prescription service
via Emis access

- Post to 'dispensary' at the surgery address
To order in advance leave your prescription with
dispensary when collecting your medicines.
Prescription requests can also be left at the Claverley Branch
Surgery in Pattingham (9 Wolverhampton Road). The opening times for
the surgery in Pattingham are 8.15am - 1 pm, 2pm to 6.30pm on Monday
and Wednesday and 8.15am - 1pm on Friday. The printed copy of your
prescription request can be left at the branch surgery and the
medication collected on the next day that the surgery is open.
